Faulty & Defective Items Returns Policy

In order to make a claim under the preceding paragraph you must take a photo of the product showing the issue and then contact us first to receive a return authorization. Once that has been issued we may ask you to return the product to us accompanied with proof of purchase such as a printout of the original order clearly displaying the order number. General Returns & Exchange Policy
